The Role

Bigeye is seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing team in driving strategic initiatives and accelerating our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing functions within the B2B SaaS space. This role requires expertise across various marketing disciplines, including brand management, PR, communications, demand generation, SEO/SEM, events, content marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and analyst relations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will manage a team of in-house marketers as well as managing key agency relationships and external vendors to augment internal marketing capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Bigeye's business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.

  • Lead and mentor a team of in-house marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including messaging, positioning, and visual identity, to strengthen Bigeye's market presence and differentiation.

  • Drive PR and communications efforts to enhance brand awareness, thought leadership, and media visibility through strategic media placements and industry partnerships.

  • Implement data-driven demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline velocity, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing tactics.

  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to optimize online visibility, organic traffic, and conversion rates across digital channels.

  • Plan and execute engaging events and webinars to foster customer engagement, generate leads, and drive brand advocacy.

  • Create compelling content assets, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and videos, to educate and engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey.

  • Lead product marketing initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and sales enablement collateral development.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with industry analysts and influencers to enhance Bigeye's market reputation and analyst coverage.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business impact and achieving ambitious growth targets.

  • Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors to augment internal marketing capabilities.

  • Experience as a cost-center owner, creating a predictable pipeline within an agreed budget

  • Knowledge of marketing technology stacks and proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) and CRM platforms (Hubspot/Salesforce), project management tools (Linear/Trello/Asana), and analytics tools.
