Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support, Troubleshooting, Onboarding, and Offboarding:
oServe as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support related to Matrix tools, systems, and workflows.
oTroubleshoot issues across various platforms (email, scheduling, websites, internal tools), identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions
oOnboarding setup for new team members including system access setup and templated onboarding emails.
oManage offboarding processes to ensure proper removal of system access
- Matrix Training:
oDesign and coordinate Matrix-related training programs
oCreate and maintain training materials up to date such as job aids and trainings in Confluence
oOffer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any technology-related issues.
- Data Management:
oManage and organize production-related data, ensuring data integrity and security.
oImplement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical production information.
- Email Signature Creation and Management
oCreate standardized, branded email signatures for team members
oManage updates to signatures as roles, branding, or compliance requirements change
oEnsure consistency across departments and platforms
oTroubleshoot issues related to formatting, compatibility, or deployment
- Website Building, Maintenance, and Domain Support
oBuild and maintain Matrix-related websites and landing pages
oPerform ongoing updates including: content edits, design adjustments, and feature enhancements
oEnsure websites remain functional, secure, and aligned with brand standards
- Compliance and Security:
oEnsure that production technology systems comply with industry regulations and security standards.
- Documentation:
oMaintain comprehensive documentation for production technology systems, configurations, and procedures.
oCreate user manuals and guides to assist production staff in utilizing technology tools effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in coordinating technology initiatives within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of personal energy and commitment.
- Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous.
