The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant with extensive knowledge in Amazon operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing product listings, optimizing ad campaigns, and coordinating various tasks related to our presence on the Amazon platform. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility and sales.Ensure product descriptions, images, and other details are accurate and compelling. Monitor and update product listings regularly to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, or promotions.
  • Amazon Advertising: Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales on Amazon. Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Manage advertising budget effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Inventory and Order Management: Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts. Resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to Amazon. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Amazon operations, including product listing management and advertising.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for Amazon listings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with back up in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
