We established our firm in 2019 with a clear mission: to provide a smooth and reliable continuity solution for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners who are looking to retire or embark on their next adventure. We employ an internationally proven buyout model known as the 'search fund,' which was originally developed at Harvard and Stanford in 1984.
