Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about turning project goals into reality and thriving in a virtual work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Investigation
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information for any possible resources or tools we can use internally for the company, e.g. Patreon, GoFundMe, Kickstarter, or any similar tools.
- Present options, pros, and cons, of any platform/system that is being researched.
- Help narrow down the choices for the stakeholder leading through the decision phase.
- Investigate any web marketing platforms we can use, e.g. Kartra or any similar platform.
- Learn how to use the platform(s), see how viable the platform is/are, and be able to train the stakeholder and/or any of the team members on how to use it.
- Implementation
- Implement on a day-to-day basis the stuff that must get done on the backend of whichever platform the stakeholder ends up purchasing and using based on the research and investigation.
- Work with other stakeholders and discuss any action items that they need, making sure they implement them.
- Demonstrate initiative in implementing day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Implement changes and updates on the platforms used by the client.
- Project Management
- Ensure project parameters stay on track.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Reporting progress on any ongoing projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient in conducting detailed research.
- Essential: Resourceful Problem-solver.
- Creativity and Initiative: Ability to craft potential solutions to issues across multiple business arenas or areas of concern.
- Ability to interact, craft, design and optimize utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT, etc.
- Knowledgeable in business setup and operations and managing a business plan.
- Cloud-sourcing expertise for efficient data management. Experience in setting up a business on Patreon or using other cloud-sourcing resources, etc. is a bonus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and forum sites.
- Ability to take initiative and implement tasks independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail.
System and Work Setup Requirements:
- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
- A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
