They are looking for a passionate, hands-on Product Support & Training Specialist to join their growing team in Germany. This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, enjoys helping others understand and use innovative tools, and thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
You will play a key role in supporting their customers—both in industry and education—helping them get the most out of our cutting-edge augmented reality welding simulators and other technical training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site and remote product training for customers (industrial clients, educational institutions) across central Germany
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a product ambassador, helping users integrate our technology into their workflows à adoption
- Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations and customer onboarding
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
- Travel regularly within the assigned region to customer sites and trade events. At least 60% of time.
Requirements
Profile / Requirements:
- Deep passion for technology; a natural tech enthusiast
- Experience with technical products, training, or support (formal or informal)
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way
- Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel regularly across central Germany
- Fluent German and intermediate English (minimum)
Nice to have:
- Experience in welding, industrial training, or vocational education
- Familiarity with AR/VR, simulators, or technical training tools
