CA and US onlyWe are seeking an experienced Retail Business Solution Analyst to lead enterprise-scale Payments programs. The ideal person will be responsible to drive secure, compliant, and reliable delivery of payment capabilities while coordinating across technology, security, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of Program Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Program Management experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise payments or financial transaction platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including gateways, processors, acquiring flows, fraud tools, and digital wallets
- Hands-on experience managing security, compliance, and regulatory-driven initiatives
- Experience working in Agile and scaled Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead high-risk, high-visibility programs
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
- Willingness to work in PST hours
