We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth by executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business or marketing analysis, media analysis or similar role.
- Proven background in media attribution, conversion tracking, digital performance modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools (CTM, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or CRM system to measure campaign success and marketing effectiveness
- Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager
