The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department with a strong focus on HR data management and HRIS administration. This role oversees the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of team member data across systems, manages document tracking, and ensures compliance with data governance standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience in HR, with Job description creation, preferably with a US based company
- Applicable Certification or 2+ years experience in HR Administration, HR Analytics and Reporting, or HR Compliance
- Hands on experience maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS
- Experience auditing HR and/or benefit data for accuracy and compliance
- Exposure to benefits administration processes
- Experience handling confidential employee data and documentation
