Content Architect

Phase2 is seeking a Content Architect to design, govern, and operationalize content architectures that support modern digital platforms, including AI-enabled experiences. The role ensures client content is structured, reusable, accessible, and trustworthy, enabling scalable delivery across websites, applications, personalization systems, and AI-driven interfaces.

Requirements

• Deep experience in content architecture, taxonomy, and governance
• Hands-on delivery experience with CMS-driven platforms and migrations
• Strong collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content use cases (semantic search, personalization, automation)
• Proven ability to lead complex content workstreams within client engagements
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating content quality issues at scale
• Strong proficiency working in spreadsheets, structured datasets, system exports, and data normalization tools
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO and structured data implementation
• Experience defining structured data and schema strategies for SEO and AI visibility
