About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Email Automation Specialist, you will focus on utilizing email marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and ClickFunnels to build and manage email templates, create automated workflows, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Utilize email marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and ClickFunnels to build and manage email templates.
• Create and implement email automation workflows to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Analyze data to optimize email campaigns for improved engagement and results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing automation.
• Provide regular reports and insights on email campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize content and design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with email deliverability or automation workflows.

Must-Have Tools Experience:

• HubSpot
• Klaviyo
• ClickFunnels

Nice-to-Have Tools Experience:

• Experience with other email marketing automation platforms is a plus

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using email marketing automation tools
• Ability to build and manage email templates
• Experience creating and implementing email automation workflows
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret email performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization
