Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Follow Up Boss Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Follow Up Boss Specialist at Assistantly, you will play a crucial role in in ensuring the operational excellence of our client relationship management through the proficient use of Follow Up Boss (FUB). The ideal candidate will be a FUB expert, responsible for maintaining complete and accurate contact information, performing lead audits, and establishing effective follow-up systems. With a clientele comprising influential individuals, corporate executives, and celebrities, we require someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses exemplary communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the CRM system (FUB) contains complete and up-to-date contact information through diligent skip tracing and data verification.
  • Conduct lead audits to maintain the integrity and quality of our database.
  • Configure back-end settings for contacts, including reminders and follow-ups, to foster strong client relationships.
  • Assume a proactive role in setting up tasks and reminders within FUB to enhance team productivity and client engagement.
  • Prepare for future leadership responsibilities by embodying the team's standards of excellence and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Unmatched expertise in Follow Up Boss, with a proven ability to enhance CRM operations.
  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination or a similar field, with a preference for those familiar with high-volume, high-profile client interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in all facets of the role.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with our distinguished clientele.
  • The capability and drive to evolve into a leadership role within the team, guiding future CRM optimization efforts.
