Property Management Operations Assistant

In the capacity of post-move-in management, this pivotal role encompasses the meticulous handling of all submitted ticket requests, acting as a vital liaison between tenants, the operational team, and contracted service providers. Additionally, the incumbent will be tasked with proactively managing home warranty and insurance policies, ensuring their seamless integration into the property management framework. Effective communication with landlords to relay pertinent information and maintain transparency in all dealings is also a fundamental aspect of this position. The ideal candidate should exhibit a keen eye for detail, adept problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities to uphold the highest standards of property management excellence.

Requirements

• Handling inquiries for existing tenants when maintenance requests arise.
• Coordinating service appointments with contractors for maintenance.
• Ensuring all home warranty policies are up-to-date and followed up with properly.
• Coordinating and handling insurance claims.
• Acting as the liaison between the tenant, the contractors, the team, and the landlord.
