The ideal person for this job is a multi-talented Salesforce Administrator who thrives on helping the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with multiple teams within the company to identify issues, executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our salesforce platform.
Here’s a smattering of the tech you’ll be working with: Lightning Flow, SOQL, Workflow, GearSet, GitHub, Marketo, Avalara, Billing Platform, Stripe, Chargebee, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Cloud4J, and Okta
What you'll do:
- Leads Salesforce initiatives with an emphasis on Salesforce best practices and scalability for future growth
- Delivers complex end to end Salesforce CRM solutions including, but not limited to Service & Sales cloud specific features/functionality
- Collaborates on key projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements
- Participates in solution design, research, decision-making and testing
- Tracks work progress/status, identifies risks/constraints and shares/escalates issues as necessary
- Effectively applies critical thinking to understand and solve problems, makes well thought-out decisions to quickly and positively create results
- Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues as they arise
- Thoroughly documents work for reference, troubleshooting, and future iteration
- Has a strong ability to evaluate 3rd party integrations and how they will have an impact on overall system performance.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in IT
- 8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Communities, and Force.com
Nice to haves:
- At least 4 years working with Salesforce Service Cloud
- At least 2 years working with Salesforce Partner Communities
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
- You have an understanding of Agile methodologies
