Job Description
We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and optimize ML models. You will work on turning data into insights and building intelligent systems that solve complex problems.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models.
- Work with data engineers and scientists on pipelines.
- Deploy and monitor ML models in production.
- Stay updated on advancements in ML and AI.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in ML development, with a proven track record in scaling production systems
- Strong understanding of Python, and ML libraries, algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with data preprocessing and analysis.
- Ability to scale and optimize models.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in big data technologies and backend systems
- Experience with cloud services, infrastructure as code, containerization, and workload orchestration
- Extensive experience in operations and management of production environments
- Familiarity with computer vision, multi-modal foundation models, and optical character recognition (OCR)
