Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of project managers, setting clear goals and expectations, providing mentorship, and fostering professional growth.
- Strategic Data Analysis: Analyse historical data and use cases to offer strategic advice on refining qualification steps and optimizing project workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Experience Oversight: Manage end-to-end testing of user experiences, identify challenges, and implement improvements to enhance contributor engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Sales and Solutions: Work closely with Sales and Solutions teams to determine the best project workflows and qualification assessments for specific domain expertise.
