Job Title: People Operations Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary Range: up to 2,000 USD per month (Dependent on skills and experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Availability during working hours to promptly respond to teammate requests via Slack.
- Assisting the team with various logistics, administrative, and operations tasks, such as:
- Planning and organizing events, both virtual and in-person.
- Procuring and managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Creating accounts and granting access to new employees across numerous platforms and systems, as well as controlling access permissions to tools and Slack channels, to ensure proper access levels remain.
- Managing team subscriptions to various services and platforms, ensuring licenses are current and utilized efficiently.
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Drafting, reviewing, and sending contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Utilizing a variety of work tools such as Zoom, Rewatch, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, DocuSign, Clerky, etc., proficiently and effectively.
- Assisting in locating and providing resources for employees, such as training materials, documentation, and support resources.
Requirements
- With at least 3 years of experience as a People Operations Coordinator or similar
- Proficient in using Zoom, Rewatch, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, DocuSign, Clerky or similar tools
- Exceptional ability to pay close attention to details, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and communications.
