Cadet (Engine)

Anthony Veder is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join their Fleet department as Engine Cadets. The role involves hands-on experience gaining skills in maritime operations, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures. Cadets will assist with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and training, working closely with experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Valid Engine Cadet Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of marine engineering principles
• Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules
• Valid seafarer medical certificate
