Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global leader in the critical power solutions industry, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of power distribution and protection equipment. With a combined legacy of over 100 years of engineering excellence, the company was officially formed in 2018 through the merger of two established businesses, Anord Control Systems of Ireland and Mardix of the United Kingdom. This strategic union created a powerhouse in the critical power sector, offering an extensive and unrivalled product portfolio that includes switchgear, busway systems, power distribution units (PDUs), and modular power solutions. The company primarily serves the demanding requirements of the data center and cloud computing industries, catering to a diverse client base ranging from colocation and enterprise data centers to hyperscale leaders.

Acquired by Flex in late 2021 for approximately $540 million, Anord Mardix now operates as part of Flex's Industrial business unit.
