Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Transform raw event footage into polished, on-brand video and visual content.
- Use AI-powered editing tools (like Runway, Descript, or Canva AI) to speed up workflows and boost creativity.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and carousel posts optimized for social platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with brand tone and strategy.
- Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized content that drives reach and engagement.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital media.
- Strong familiarity with entrepreneurs or startup environments—fast-paced, creative, and dynamic.
- Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut) and design apps (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and color.
