Location:South America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Transform raw event footage into polished, on-brand video and visual content.
  • Use AI-powered editing tools (like Runway, Descript, or Canva AI) to speed up workflows and boost creativity.
  • Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and carousel posts optimized for social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with brand tone and strategy.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized content that drives reach and engagement.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital media.
  • Strong familiarity with entrepreneurs or startup environments—fast-paced, creative, and dynamic.
  • Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut) and design apps (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization.
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and color.
  • Organized, self-sufficient, and deadline-driven
