The Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager will build and run the onboarding and support model for the Private 9fin team, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and deliver training and guidance to help clients get the most from the platform.
Requirements
- Experience with onboarding or account management, ideally in SaaS or fintech
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good technical instincts
