I'm currently supporting enterprise applications at the Space & Technology Commission (CST), troubleshooting IIS, SQL Server, and webMethods issues while developing and maintaining APIs.
I monitor performance through SQL Server Manager and AppDynamics, support stable deployments with minimal downtime, and work with vendors and internal teams to improve application reliability.
Previously, I provided IT support at Almaalim and Foodics, designing restaurant networks, connecting devices, deploying web applications, and resolving client technical issues.
