As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Solvo, I develop talent sourcing strategies for the transportation industry, conduct in-depth candidate interviews and evaluations, and use psychological assessments or skill tests when appropriate. I also manage long-term relationships with active and passive candidates, track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and continuously optimize the process.

I’m especially attentive to compliance and safety requirements—ensuring hiring aligns with regulations such as Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, safety certifications, and driver background checks.
