My expertise lies in recruiting and sourcing, onboarding, employee relations, interviewing, strategy and planning, account management, negotiating offers, people operations, communication, and data reporting.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with various organizations, including Solvo Global, Lupa, Apollo.io, Roof Maxx, and Endava. In these roles, I have supervised teams, managed recruitment processes, and developed strategies to improve recruiting metrics and reporting.
