I am a visionary nonprofit leader with advanced training in social work and ministry, and decades of experience leading child welfare, hospital, and community organizations. I have led major fundraising and program transformations—doubling fundraising at one agency, raising $2.5M to rebrand a long-standing child welfare agency, overseeing $40M+ child welfare programs while reducing expenses by $650K—and launched clinics, CQI committees, and new safety protocols.
