What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in roles that combine social work education with trauma-informed mental health leadership—teaching, training, and clinical support that measurably improves client and community outcomes while fostering development in students and teams.

I’m a Full-Time Assistant Professor of Social Work at St. Joseph’s University, and I bring clinical and administrative experience from roles including Lead Social Work Care Coordinator and Associate Director of Behavioral Health. With a Doctor of Social Work (D.S.W.) and extensive teaching across the Master of Social Work curriculum, I focus on preparing students to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed practice.

Professionally, I’m driven by trauma-informed care, training, and community impact. I’ve served in leadership positions across behavioral health, human services, and operations, and I deliver Mental Health First Aid training (over 100 individuals trained) while coaching through Emotional Intelligence and crisis intervention/verbally de-escalation approaches.
