SUZANNE FARLEY
@suzannefarley
Organizational Systems & Learning Leader. Cultivating Alignment, Growth & Sustainable Results.
What I'm looking for
I think about organizations the way a grower thinks about living systems. Structure matters. Environment matters. Attention matters. Over time, these elements shape what thrives—and what doesn’t. Throughout my career, I’ve led and grown complex human service programs, navigating the realities of funding, regulation, and community need. I’m especially interested in how organizations learn—how feedback loops, culture, and leadership shape outcomes, for better or worse. Alongside formal leadership roles, I’m drawn to quieter, more creative work—developing a small orchid studio and reflecting on what it means to create the conditions where things grow well—whether in organizations or in life.
