What I'm looking for

I seek leadership or senior clinical roles at inclusive organizations where I can drive program growth, mentor staff, secure funding, and advance trauma-informed and transgender-competent services.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NC, FL, TN) and Ph.D. in Public Affairs with deep experience leading clinical programs, nonprofits, and consulting on staff development, grant management, and transgender and trauma-informed care. I have directed mental health and community organizations, developed curricula and mentor programs, and provided clinical supervision and short-term remote therapy.

Across executive, director, and consulting roles I secured funding, built partnerships, and expanded services while publishing on palliative social work, telehealth, ethics, and transgender care.
