My journey began at Southern University, where I pursued Computer Science, but my true calling emerged in optometry. Over the years, I have honed my skills in various roles, from managing retail operations to providing exceptional customer service. Throughout my tenure at Walman Optical, Virginia Mason, and Eyesrite, I have successfully managed accounts, trained staff, and built strong customer relationships. My experience includes everything from eyewear frame tracing to billing insurance and training technicians, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
