What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting and improving large-scale cloud applications, using Azure, Dynatrace, KQL, and observability practices to resolve production issues, strengthen monitoring, and collaborate on permanent fixes.

At ACI Infotech, I monitor mobile, web, and store applications and troubleshoot production issues across Azure Functions, API Management, Application Gateway, middleware, and third-party APIs.

I use Dynatrace, KQL, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, logs, traces, and HTTP response codes to investigate API failures, latency, 4xx/5xx errors, and downstream dependency issues.

Previously at Centific Global Technologies, I supported large-scale applications through Dynatrace APM, Azure Monitor, and Linux administration. My alert response and incident investigation work contributed to a 20% reduction in MTTR.

I create runbooks, knowledge articles, incident records, and RCA documentation, while working with application, DevOps, and L3 teams on permanent fixes and production validation.
