What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities to contribute my expertise in application and infrastructure support, Azure monitoring, Dynatrace, incident management, and root cause analysis to strengthen service reliability, optimize application performance, ensure SLA adherence, and support efficient production operations.

At ACI Infotech, I provide L2 application support in a 24×7 production environment. I developed Microsoft Azure monitoring dashboards comprising 40+ tiles and investigate incidents by correlating metrics, logs, and traces.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I delivered L2 application and infrastructure support for enterprise banking applications. I managed incidents and change requests through ServiceNow, troubleshot production issues on Linux, and supported server patching and SQL reporting.
