What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role where I can own scheduling and patient flow, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and support fast, organized clinic operations. I want to apply data-informed thinking to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and strengthen continuity of care.

I’m a detail-oriented healthcare and operations professional with experience supporting dermatology practices, coordinating patient flow, and managing administrative and scheduling systems. In fast-paced clinical environments, I focus on accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day execution.

From ClearlyDerm to FORA Dermatology, I’ve coordinated scheduling and front-office workflow, maintained and updated EMR with accuracy, and supported continuity of care through patient communication and follow-up coordination. I also assisted in optimizing exam room turnover and patient readiness processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

Currently, I’m building deeper analytical strength through my Bachelor’s Degree in Progress with a Data Analytics focus at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I’m passionate about healthcare operations and using data-informed decision-making to strengthen workflows, improve patient experience, and help teams perform at their best.
