In my current role as a Recruitment Specialist at Hebei Jinxi Iron & steel Co., Ltd., I lead core recruitment channel operations (Zhaopin and Liepin), monitor monthly exposure and delivery volume, and optimize keywords and layouts. I coordinate structured initial interviews and professional re-interviews, manage full-cycle employee file processes, and support campus recruitment planning—selecting universities, arranging materials, and delivering presentations to over 3,000 students. I also create recruitment brochures and PPTs for public accounts and offline exhibitions, combining copywriting and visuals to strengthen employer brand appeal.
