I'm looking for CRM, SaaS, or digital operations work where I can connect business and technical teams, improve workflows, support product delivery, and grow through hands-on Salesforce and digital platform projects.

At Vo2 APAC, I support CRM and clienteling operations for luxury brands including Loewe, Celine, Fred, and Berluti. I coordinate issue investigation, vendor follow-up, Salesforce data synchronization, UAT, and post-launch digital support.

For Fred and Berluti, I tracked more than 190 enhancement and maintenance requests with an 88% closure rate. I also helped resolve a customer-assignment data gap affecting 100+ migrated customers and supported outreach workflows that generated 71 confirmed repeat orders.

I've also delivered WeChat mini-program e-commerce projects for Bang & Olufsen and Natuzzi, and built personal AI, SaaS, and AI-search visibility projects using Dify, LLMs, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and structured data.
