What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in data entry, administrative support, customer service, patient service, or human resources support where I can use accurate documentation, communication, and customer-focused problem solving.

At QRM, I serve as a first notice of loss contact for customers reporting auto, property, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims.

I handle inbound calls, collect and document claim information, review records for accuracy, and support customers with professional, empathetic communication. I was selected to support the rekey team by reviewing CAT-agent-filed claims for errors and organized details.

Previously, I generated leads through outbound calls at Mike Bauer Company LLC and delivered fast-paced customer service at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Tropical Smoothie Café. These roles strengthened my ability to manage repeated interactions, maintain order accuracy, and balance competing responsibilities.

I bring a sociology degree from UNCG along with hands-on experience in data entry, records documentation, customer issue resolution, and remote work. I’m comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures while keeping customer information accurate and complete.
