What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people daily—maintaining safe, organized operations and using my TEFL training to teach with structure (PPP), patience, and clear communication. I want a team that values professionalism, accountability, and growth.

I’m a dependable, alert professional with 5+ years in fast-paced customer-facing and operations environments, where situational awareness, procedure, and teamwork matter. I’m known for de-escalating conflicts, handling issues with care, and keeping environments clean, safe, and organized.

In logistics and retail operations, I’ve launched and supported warehouse and store workflows—managing safety standards, inventory activity, stock movement, and day-to-day execution. I ensure supply chain performance, uphold safety, and collaborate closely with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

My customer service background strengthens how I communicate and resolve problems under pressure. I’ve handled customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, investigated and resolved issues (including fraud prevention and order adjustments), and maintained privacy compliance while documenting outcomes clearly.
