Zeno Poggioni

I’m a Customer Experience Specialist and Social Media Content Creator, currently working at Rush Hour Store in Amsterdam. I support an international music community by delivering retail sales and customer experience while creating social media content.

Before that, I worked as an Operations Coordinator at Paramount Network, where the department was relocated abroad. Earlier roles at TicketSwap also built my strength in data collection, operations management, communication, customer support, and Microsoft Excel.

I started developing hands-on technical skills through audio-visual technician roles in Firenze and Brisbane, focused on operations and communication. I also worked as a testing machines supervisor for solar inverters, handling supervision, maintenance, data collection, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.

I bring a music-first mindset to every task, from records to customer conversations. I’m also trained in Video Game Audio (Oct 2022–Jan 2023), and I’m motivated to keep combining customer focus, operational clarity, and strong storytelling.
