I’m looking to lead enterprise architecture and governance for complex transformations—turning fragmented landscapes into target blueprints, integration/data strategies, and executable roadmaps, with AI readiness that moves from experiments to responsible scale.

I’m a Senior Enterprise Architect and Transformation Architect with 30+ years of experience across complex, regulated, multi-entity environments in manufacturing and financial services. I focus on Enterprise Architecture governance, ERP transformation support, integration architecture, data platforms, and application portfolio rationalisation—always translating complexity into clear target architectures, roadmaps, and executable decisions.

At Coveris Group, I created transparency across 20+ plants, 22 ERP systems, and 300+ applications by establishing Enterprise Architecture capability and governance. I implemented ABACUS as a central architecture repository, connected Enterprise Architecture artefacts with Solution Architecture deliverables, and developed integration and MDM strategies to support transformation and decision-making—identifying approximately €1M annual rationalisation potential.

In my interim and recent engagements, I lead domain architecture teams, define decision frameworks, and guide hybrid cloud adoption (Azure, AWS) for pragmatic outcomes. My current focus also includes AI readiness assessments and AI roadmaps—especially for organizations with mature Enterprise Architecture governance moving from AI experiments to scalable, responsible adoption.
