Delivered ING’s technology workstream, improving operational efficiency and resilience and building board-level business cases aligned to commercial objectives.

Built and led Barclays’ KYC/AML technology function from inception, establishing design authority for compliance technology and delivering enterprise systems for KYC, CDD, and AML obligations across divisions and geographies.
