At MSD, I partnered with Commercial, Finance, and Digital stakeholders to turn strategic questions into scalable analytics. I rolled out Power BI across Austria for 50+ users, reducing manual effort and mentoring analysts to improve data consistency.
I also evaluated the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Copilot, to identify viable GenAI solutions and business use cases. My work included leading a global content tagging initiative to strengthen data lineage and governance across markets.
At WWF, I partnered with global stakeholders to align reporting with strategic priorities and resource allocation. As a platform SME, I led migrations, including Oracle Grants Management, and supported adoption through training and self-service.
