I’m a results-driven Senior ERP Financial Business Analyst with over 20 years of progressive experience in enterprise financial systems, business coordination, and stakeholder management. I specialize as a subject matter expert in Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud and EBS R12) and F2M processes, translating complex financial requirements into technical solutions while ensuring strict compliance.

At UNHCR, I’m a core leader within the global finance stream and the primary liaison between global business stakeholders and IT service teams. I manage comprehensive Cloud ERP Finance support and reporting for Headquarters and complex Country Operations, consistently maintaining 99.5% system availability for global financial operations.

During the 2023 transition from Peoplesoft to Oracle Cloud, I served as the Key Finance Focal Point for end-to-end migration and implementation of the Oracle Cloud Fusion platform.
