I am a seasoned UX researcher and service designer with seven years’ experience running end-to-end mixed-methods research and innovation across healthtech, fintech, and edtech. I uncover user needs and system opportunities to shape product and service direction and inform high-impact decisions.

At Acacium Group I led research strategy, built a long-term research panel that halved recruitment time, applied advanced methods (Jobs to Be Done, tree testing, focus groups) and drove a 13% increase in early-stage user retention while mentoring junior researchers. As the first UX hire at Clim8 Invest I established research practices that helped acquire 6,000 users within months and balanced user needs with regulatory requirements.

I scale research in complex, regulated, and agile environments, embed insights with cross-functional teams, and translate findings into service blueprints, process flows, and prototypes to speed decision-making and improve operations.
