I’m looking for a remote or hybrid operations role where I can own billing/payment accuracy, reconcile data end-to-end, and turn complex inputs into reliable Excel reporting that stakeholders trust.

I’m a results-driven Operations & Workforce Analytics professional with 7+ years of experience supporting contingent workforce operations, vendor management systems, and high-stakes reporting in fast-paced, remote environments.

In my current role as a VMS Operations Analyst, I manage billing and payment coding for 13 clients and support 200+ contractors across Beeline, Fieldglass, and VNDLY. I build and distribute Excel-based client reports using pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and CONCAT, and I verify payment data daily in PeopleSoft and Oracle to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

I’ve also delivered platform operations support at DoorDash, maintaining merchant menus at scale and reconciling high-volume data with strong accuracy. Earlier, as an Operations SME with (Cognizant) and as an ROI Team Lead, I supported complex processing, documented procedures, and maintained audit-ready tracking—skills I bring to every reconciliation, escalation, and data integrity effort.
