I’m a QA Engineer and Technical Support Specialist with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the payments and e-commerce industry. My career has focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems, with a strong emphasis on API integrations and payment workflows. I’m skilled in both manual and automated testing, using tools like Cypress, Cucumber, and Postman to validate functionality, performance, and stability across environments.

I’ve supported integration efforts across a wide range of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and custom-built systems. In this capacity, I’ve helped merchants implement and troubleshoot payment plugins, debug tokenization issues, trace webhook flows, and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and customer support, I’ve developed a strong understanding of Agile practices and collaboration.
