I am an experienced Test and Quality Assurance engineer with over seven years focused on improving software quality, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. I have a strong background across POS systems, advertising portals, gaming systems, and broadcast/UAT environments.

I design and execute comprehensive test plans, create and maintain test automation (Selenium, Testpad, Cypress), and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure requirements are met and defects are resolved promptly. I have delivered measurable improvements by finding critical bugs before release and streamlining defect-tracking and test documentation processes.
