I’m looking for an HR Operations role where I can drive process improvements, manage HRIS and compliance, and support end-to-end employee lifecycle work. I want a team that values data-driven MIS reporting, performance management, and continuous growth.

I’m a results-driven, people-focused HR professional with 8 years of experience in Background verification (BGV), performance management, and HR Operations. I develop SOPs, draft HR policies, and keep structured HR documentation accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

In my most recent role as a Senior Operation Analyst at FIRST ADVANTAGE PVT LTD (Chennai), I identified process improvement opportunities within HR operations and translated findings into structured development and action plans. I generated and maintained MIS reports regularly and built HR dashboards to track KPIs, team performance, and organizational metrics—so decisions stay data-driven.

I’ve owned day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding, background verification checks, and exit formalities.
