I also negotiated multiyear contracts valued at approximately $1.4M and supported business growth through NDAs and teaming agreements.

I led an enterprise CLM/CMS transition representing roughly 200 contract administrators, built training and change-management processes, and helped save 500+ hours of manual data calls. Earlier, I improved international proposal pricing turnaround from five business days to three and reduced purchase order and invoice errors by 30%.
