Destiny Autrey

I’m a compassion-driven behavioral health professional, double-certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Certified Behavior Technician (BT), supporting children, adolescents, and adults with autism and complex mental health conditions. In my current RBT role at Action Behavior Centers, I implement ABA therapy under supervision, execute individualized treatment plans, and collect detailed behavioral data while maintaining professionalism and HIPAA compliance.

Across my experience at Odom Enrichment Center, I assisted with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supported emotional regulation and social skill development, and helped with crisis prevention and de-escalation. I also bring strong communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills from high-volume hospitality, and I’m currently pursuing my B.S. in Psychology with a focus on forensic applications while expanding mental health certifications—staying committed to youth advocacy, behavioral support, and helping people build resilience, stability, and independence.
