What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on role where I can contribute through customer support, production, warehouse, or agricultural work while learning, working with a team, and taking responsibility.

At Moropcall, I assisted 160–170 French- and Arabic-speaking automotive clients per day, resolving issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I also led training sessions for new hires on customer engagement and issue resolution.
