I’m a results-driven IT professional with a BSc in Information Technology, focused on data management, network maintenance, and technical support. I’ve built hands-on experience supporting high-demand healthcare and organizational environments, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.

As a Data Officer (National Service) at SSNIT Tamale, I registered and processed records for employees and self-employed individuals, maintaining high accuracy through precise data verification and validation. I conducted weekly field operations for the Self-Employed Enrollment Drive (SEED), educating and onboarding over 300 new members across multiple communities, and supported compliance officers to improve enrollment of eligible employees. I also maintained and updated member records within the SSNIT database, resolved data discrepancies, balanced financial records, and provided IT technical support for branch operations.

During my IT Support Officer internship at Tamale Regional Hospital, I installed and configured LHIMS across hospital departments to ensure uninterrupted clinical data flow, maintained LAN connectivity, and supported staff with hardware/software troubleshooting and basic system training. I’m currently learning SQL and Artificial Intelligence, and I’m seeking a role where my technical skills and operational experience can drive real organizational impact.
